Vanderbilt baseball met with fans outside Hawkins Field before heading to Omaha.

The VandyBoys are making their second consecutive College World Series appearance and fifth since 2011.

The Chancellor Says Hello

Vanderbilt Chancellor Daniel Diermeier stopped by to sign autographs and cheer on the VandyBoys.

Stars Came Out

Autographs, and sunglasses, abounded as the VandyBoys boarded the buses to Omaha.

“It’s like going to Disney World in a lot of different ways. It’s just baseball rather than rides. The emotional ride you get from being in it is extreme. It’s fun and we’ll enjoy that the next couple of days.”

Corbin Returns to Omaha

Athletic Director Candice Lee sent off the VandyBoys and joined fans outside Hawkins Field on Wednesday.

The VandyBoys departed campus and headed to the Nashville International Airport to take off for Omaha.
