Leiter, Jacked

Sophomore Jack Leiter made his first College World Series appearance one to remember, limiting N.C. State to one run on four hits over 8.0 innings pitched.

He fanned 15 and allowed one walk.

Whiffs All Around

Leiter finished with 15 strikeouts, setting a Vanderbilt College World Series record and tying for the sixth most in a nine-inning game in College World Series history.
