Rocker Through Four-Plus

Kumar Rocker made his fifth career College World Series start and fourth career start in an NCAA elimination game. Against the Bulldogs on Wednesday, he went 4.1 innings and struck out six.

Top Four in Career Ks

During Wednesday's game, Rocker moved into fourth in Vanderbilt history in career strikeouts with his 318th whiff, passing Sonny Gray's 317.

Rocker was aided in the top of the third by Enrique Bradfield Jr. manning centerfield.

A Career to Remember

If Wednesday night was the final time for Rocker in a Vanderbilt jersey, he left an impressive career behind him.

The 2019 College World Series Most Valuable Player exited Wednesday night with a 28-10 career record, 236.2 innings pitched, 76 earned runs allowed, a 2.90 earned-run average and 321 strikeouts.
